1. Our Consultancy Services

TravelDisney.co.uk provides professional travel consultancy and advisory services. We offer expert guidance on destinations, travel planning, budget management, and travel strategy. We do not sell flight bookings, holiday packages, or provide ATOL protection certificates.

1.1 Nature of Services

Our services are limited to providing professional travel advice and consultation. We do not act as a booking agent, tour operator, or travel provider. Any recommendations or advice provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a booking or contractual agreement for travel services.

1.2 No Booking Obligation

Our consultancy services do not include making bookings on your behalf. We provide advice and recommendations, but the actual booking of any travel services must be made directly by you with the relevant providers. We are not responsible for any bookings made by you with third-party providers.

2. Consultation Agreement

By using our consultancy services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our consultation services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.1 Consultation Fees

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. For extended or specialized consultancy services, fees may apply and will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of services.

2.2 Consultation Confirmation

Your consultation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check all details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your consultation appointment, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation charges may apply as follows:

• More than 24 hours before consultation: No charge
• Less than 24 hours before consultation: 50% of consultation fee
• No-show: 100% of consultation fee

Note: Free initial consultations are exempt from cancellation charges.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Consultancy Fee Refunds

Refunds for paid consultancy services are subject to our cancellation policy above. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation, minus any applicable fees.

4.2 No Booking Refunds

As we do not provide flight booking or holiday package services, we do not process refunds for any bookings. Any bookings made by you with third-party providers are subject to the refund policies of those providers.

4.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for consultancy fees, please contact our customer service team at info@traveldisney.co.uk or call 020 8081 4323. Please have your consultation reference ready.

5. Changes and Amendments

If you wish to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling fees may apply for paid consultations.

6. No ATOL Protection

Important: TravelDisney.co.uk does not provide ATOL protection certificates. We are a consultancy service only and do not sell travel packages. ATOL protection only applies to package holidays sold by ATOL-licensed tour operators. We recommend that you verify the ATOL status of any provider you choose to book with independently.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance before making any travel bookings. Our consultancy services include advice on travel insurance options, but we do not sell insurance policies.

8. Passport and Visa Requirements

Our consultancy services include providing information about passport and visa requirements for various destinations. However, it is your responsibility to verify and ensure that you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and any necessary visas for your destination. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to non-compliance.

9. Advice Disclaimer

All advice provided by TravelDisney.co.uk is for informational and guidance purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, travel requirements, prices, and availability change frequently. We recommend that you independently verify all information before making any travel decisions or bookings.

10. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about our consultancy services, please contact us immediately. If the issue is not resolved, please follow up in writing within 28 days to info@traveldisney.co.uk.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in connection with any consultancy service is limited to the total fee paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to losses arising from bookings made by you with third-party providers based on our advice. We recommend that you conduct your own due diligence before making any travel bookings.

12. Third-Party Providers

Any recommendations we make regarding airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel providers are based on our professional assessment. However, we do not endorse or guarantee the services of any third-party provider. Your relationship with any provider you choose to book with is separate from your relationship with TravelDisney.co.uk.
